Jenn Gerynowicz
Jenn is a strategic marketer and a creative visionary with over 20 years of experience driving brand growth across a breadth of industries including beverage, clothing, pet, food, foodservice, consumer packaged goods, technology, and retail, both as a Senior Vice-President of Marketing and as a senior Strategist & Creative. She mixes passion with intuition & creativity and specializes in helping create distinctive brands, ownable unique selling propositions & compelling stories that garner effective business results. Jenn has a strong understanding of how to connect emotionally with consumers through messaging and creative across various mediums. Jenn holds a business degree (HBA) from Ivey Business School, University of Western Ontario, and is a graduate from Leadership and Strategy Programs at Queen’s School of Business, and Digital Marketing from Columbia Business School.

Sonja Hamilton
With over 25 years of experience leading custom software implementations, Sonja Hamilton is passionate about driving business opportunities with technology. Sonja has worked with large and small enterprises to deliver value to their customers and operations alike. She believes people, process, and technology work together to increase sales and improve operational efficiencies. Sonja is the proud owner of Rappid Design, a technology consulting and software development company based in Southern Georgian Bay. Rappid delivers enterprise quality software with design-led creativity. Sonja and her team pride themselves on becoming an integral part of a client’s technology journey, from ideation through implementation and support.
As an avid skier and outdoor enthusiast, Sonja resides in Southern Georgian Bay with her family enjoying the outdoor playground at her doorstep. Glenn Hayworth is a seasoned executive with a diverse background in sales, marketing, and business affairs. With over three decades of experience, Glenn has held key leadership roles in Deloitte Canada, Research in Motion, Xerox, and many others. He also has extensive experience in international business affairs, negotiating key legal documentation and facilitating collaborations between corporations. In his current role as Managing Director of Garworth Enterprises, Glenn focuses on contributing to voluntary boards while pursuing his personal interests.

Jonathan Tice
Jonathan has over 30 years experience of leading sales, marketing, business and partnership development, operations and financial modeling in the B2B software and SaaS industry. He has worked with large market leaders like Oracle, Netscape and Descartes Systems as well as innovative niche solution providers in a variety of vertical markets ranging from telecommunications, global logistics, live event e-commerce, telematics, higher education, real estate, financial services, media and advertising and consulting services. He has helped scale companies ranging from less than 10 employees, scaling up to the thousands, with experience in all funding structures; owner operator, seed, VC funded, PE, and publicly traded. As an avid cook and cyclist, Jonathan resides in Collingwood and has had the chance to live across the nation from Vancouver to Calgary, Waterloo, Toronto and Saint John. Jonathan holds an Honours BBA from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Rebecca Weir
Rebecca has spent her career in the Toronto tech community, honing her abilities to run Operations department (HR, Finance, Ops). She's obsessed with creating infrastructure to support company humans and ensure they can always do their best work. She considers herself a 'company doctor': she excels in identifying and predicting company patterns, strategic thinking around systems and people, and forecasting problems and offering solutions. Rebecca brings a pragmatism to counter idealism; uncovers and tackles hard truths, solves problems, and mobilises the people around her to ensure everyone is moving forward together.

David Hanna
David Hanna is a construction equipment industry veteran with over 40 years of experience. Starting at JCB in 1978, he later co-founded Ontrac Equipment Services, which acquired several John Deere dealerships and became a 24-branch operation with $300 million in revenues. After selling Ontrac to John Deere, David founded GHI Group, a consulting firm with a diverse portfolio of equipment-related businesses and real estate entities, generating over $1 billion in annual revenues today.
A Heavy Equipment Technologist and Certified Personal Property Appraiser, David has served as President of the John Deere Construction & Forestry Dealers Association and the Canadian Association of Equipment Distributors.
David’s vast international experience in building successful businesses and leading through mergers and acquisitions makes him invaluable for startups navigating the complexities of the construction equipment industry and beyond.
